Leading projects from planning to successful launch and ensuring sustained Business in Series Production
Project planning and management, including the creation of detailed project and milestone plans based on the Stage/Gate process
Track project performance, identify deviations from planned targets, and take corrective actions
Evaluate project processes and performance, identify areas for improvement, and execute changes effectively to enhance project efficiency

5–8 years of experience in the mechanical industry
Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering / automotive manufacturing
Proven ability to work in diverse, crossfunctional, and international teams
Experience in handling transformation or largescale implementation projects is preferred
Very good spoken and written English skills
German Language will be added advantage
