Collections Policy Analyst – PCD

Role Overview

• Manage the collections policies for Midway's credit products, such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Payroll-deductible Loans;
• Conduct studies to support actions, offers and improvements to collections policies;
• Support the development of strategies that optimize margin, risk and collections expenses for Midway's products;
• Implement and measure tests using statistical methodologies (A/B testing);
• Create and evolve dashboards and metrics to provide visibility to the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields;
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL;
• Strong communication and analytical skills to present results clearly and with supporting evidence.
