About this role
Role Overview
- Under minimal supervision, plans, gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates product configuration data, including engineering design changes to support engineering disciplines
- Directs the coordination of change orders with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering design support and data control activities
- Leads department initiatives
- Influences and plays a key role in establishing customer requirements, managing the implementation and change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- 3+ years experience with coordination of change orders with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering design support and product configuration data control activities
- Experience with ERP systems and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
