Develop and keep the system test strategy up to date.
Create the artifacts required to execute tests.
Keep test scripts and artifacts current.
Monitor the development of requests from their inception.
Anticipate all actions necessary for correct test execution.
Support the implementation of quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Validate deliveries provided by development teams.
Plan and execute tests (functional and non-functional) according to the needs of each request.
Map and update the critical path of CAIXA applications.
Support user acceptance activities for the business owner.
Promote continuous improvement of the quality of CAIXA applications.
Ensure traceability between test deliverables and other artifacts, such as requirements and source code.

Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology fields; OR a bachelor's degree in any field plus a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology.
Hold at least one of the certifications below, or an equivalent certification:
ATC – IBQTS Certified Test Analyst (Instituto Brasileiro de Qualidade em Testes de Software).
CBTS
Brazilian Software Testing Certification from ALATS (Latin American Association for Software Testing) or equivalent/similar certifications.
CTFL
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level.
CTFL-AT
Certified Tester Foundation Level
Agile Tester (BSTQB) or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
Agile Tester.
