Analyze contract accounts by comparing contract tables to cost tables to assess whether contracts are financially healthy.
Assist with contract renegotiations by negotiating directly with clients or coordinating with your manager to maintain contracts with healthy or profitable margins.
Provide support for budgeting activities, enter orders, and approve invoicing related to Sphere orders to meet client demands.
Perform data analysis by generating and reviewing reports and recommending improvements to the sales process.
Monitor sales KPIs (conversion, product-family share, activation/prospecting, and customer-portfolio control).
Support delinquency/collections management via email, spreadsheets, and phone calls to reduce financial exposure.
Assist with BID coding using spreadsheets, Sphere, and email to generate new sales and contract opportunities.
Attend alignment meetings, in person or remotely, to coordinate topics related to customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (preferred: Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields)
At least 4 years of experience in the role
Advanced knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Financial Mathematics; technical/commercial experience with the group's product families; negotiation; organization and time management; and strong interpersonal skills
Advantage: Knowledge of Power BI
