Responsible for performing planning activities and developing strategies for the procurement of goods, ensuring compliance with current procurement regulations and optimizing supply processes.
Conduct studies of prior procurement to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and validate requirements with requesting departments.
Define the scope and object of procurements.
Analyze market aspects and define purchasing strategies.
Prepare technical reports and opinions on adopted strategies.
Monitor bidding and contracting processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, International Trade, or related fields.
Specialization or postgraduate degree in the area.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP (MM module), Power BI and statistics.
Proficiency in procurement/bidding legislation (Law No. 13,303/2016).
