Manage a team of Retirement Plan Specialists and Financial Advisors, including recruitment, performance management, and coaching.
Establish and drive individual and team goals based on department objectives based on company objectives and goals.
Exhibit a high degree of energy and influence to ensure individual and team goal achievement through motivation, coaching, demonstrate-observe-confirm, teaching, etc.
Provide professional, comprehensive financial and retirement planning advice and guidance to clients.
Recommend and sell distributed products and services to clients.
Use consultative and persuasive sales skills to uncover client needs & increase number of accounts and assets under management.
Engage clients through inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls, e-mail and other approved media.
Meet all documentation, disclosure and regulatory requirements.
Participate and support development of training and professional development workshops to increase product and industry expertise.
Ensure high client service and satisfaction standards are met.
Maintain required licenses and securities registrations via timely renewals and completion of required Continuing Education credits.
Effectively handle multiple projects while meeting related deadlines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, or equivalent industry experience
Seven years of experience in sales and marketing within the financial services and insurance industry, including five years as a financial planner/advisor
FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher (required to be approved to conduct business in all states)
FINRA Series 26 and 65/66, or obtain within six months (required to be approved to conduct business in all states)
Resident state Life, Accident and Health license, or obtain within 90 days
Outstanding communication skills to present information to a wide variety of audiences
Interpersonal and relationship building skills to promote services and motivate staff
Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze trends and resolve customer issues
Proficiency using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
