Role Overview
- Professional to monitor batch processes in a Mainframe environment, ensuring correct execution of production routines and operational continuity of systems.
- The role will be focused on Private Pension systems (BVP), with emphasis on identifying failures, analyzing errors, and proposing solutions to maintain the correct sequencing of routines within the bank's defined processing window.
Requirements
- Experience monitoring batch processes in a Mainframe environment
- Experience providing support and overseeing executions in a Production environment
- Ability to analyze errors and propose solutions to correct operational failures
- Experience sequencing batch routines within processing windows
- Knowledge of operational processes and procedures in a banking environment
- Required: knowledge of or experience with the Bradesco environment
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Private Pension systems
- Experience in critical banking production environments
- Experience providing operational support for mainframe systems.
