About this role
Role Overview
Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects to prospects.
Provide expertise in Crowdstrike’s browser security platform, explaining features, benefits, and deployment processes.
Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and craft tailored solutions leveraging Crowdstrike’s products.
Assist with RFP/RFI responses and develop technical proposals that align with customer needs.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between the customer, sales, and product teams.
Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges during pre-sales and deployment processes.
Gather customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
Requirements
5+ years in a pre-sales engineering role
Experience working for a browser security solution is a plus
Proficiency in browser security concepts (browser-based malware, phishing protection, DLP, browser exploits)
Experience with technologies such as SIEM/XDR, cloud-native platforms, ZTNA, VDI, and endpoint security
Ability to read/understand HAR files and net-export logs is a plus
Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, and security architect-level customers/clients
Demonstrated success selling browser security, detection and response, or cloud computing services at the C-Suite and senior management levels.
Experienced and comfortable presenting complex security and computing concepts to large audiences both virtually and in person.
