Role Overview

• Participate in the testing and performance validation of new RAD innovations
• Document test results clearly
• Act as a support liaison with Immix clients during RAD system implementations
• Support on-site or remote setup and configuration of RAD systems
• Communicate real-world client feedback to the RAD development team
• Leverage your background managing monitoring operators to ensure smooth integration
• Assist with operator training and establish best practices
• Monitor system performance post-deployment and support ongoing optimization
• Help scale monitoring operations

Requirements

• Significant Immix experience
• Supervisory experience in managing monitoring operators
