Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities
Translate data and operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and project teams
Develop models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making
Support the Director of Special Projects in planning, scoping, and delivering enterprise-level initiatives
Partner with Operations, Marketing, Contact Center, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate outcomes
Lead process mapping, gap analyses, and workflow redesign efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance across business functions
Document business requirements, user stories, and standard operating procedures
Recommend technology or process solutions that streamline operations and support organizational growth
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
Support change management activities, including training materials, stakeholder communications, and readiness assessments
Monitor key metrics and outcomes to ensure project success and sustainability

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
5–7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or project management
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data to drive decisions
Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and process analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
