Create and improve project management processes for all project phases;
Develop and maintain detailed project management documentation, such as templates, including standard operating procedures, flowcharts, and best practices, organized to promote standardization;
Provide support to project teams, ensuring everyone understands and follows established processes;
Collect feedback and improvement suggestions identified by stakeholders involved in the process to understand their needs and ensure processes meet requirements and expectations;
Collect, analyze, and consolidate project performance indicators, producing reports on project progress, efficiency, and outcomes. Use this data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous optimization of project management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Industrial/Production Engineering, or related fields.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid);
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello);
Experience in creating and improving project management processes.
Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.
