Document review and approval of shipments with the exporter;
Monitoring of removals, unloading/stock transfers, TFA's, requirements for import licenses (LI), and approval of LIs by MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO and other agencies;
Providing necessary support for tariff classification, product descriptions and other technical queries;
Advance fiscal and tax consultation of items;
Checking and forwarding files for customs clearance;
Creating the process in the system;
Monitoring the customs clearance process.
Requirements
Experience in the area;
Higher education in progress or completed in Business Administration with emphasis in International Trade, Technologist in Foreign Trade, or related fields;
Desirable: knowledge of the Conexos system;
Intermediate English.
