Conduct training sessions for the RCM department including Accounts Receivable, Registration, Cash Management, Customer Service
Assist with maintenance of course curriculum for RCM functions
Collaborate with Education & Development Manager to ensure training effectiveness
Complete administrative tasks supporting the Education and Development team
Assist in the organized rollout of new systems, processes, or system updates

Healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience with professional physician practices in an independent or hospital setting
AthenaIDX (formerly known as Centricity Business) experience preferred
Knowledge of RCM for physician practices preferred
1 to 3 years of individual and team training experience
Basic knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Teams or similar programs required
Excellent written or oral communication skills necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs
Some travel may be required.
