About this role
Role Overview
- Management of all aspects related to the company’s light vehicle fleet;
- Oversight of maintenance, documentation, expenses, and traffic violations;
- Payment of IPVA (vehicle property tax) for the fixed fleet;
- Planning vehicle replacement cycles;
- Preparation of vehicle reports and allocation/cost-sharing between cost centers;
- Process optimization to reduce operational errors;
- Monitoring and validation of deliveries and services;
- Support for internal stakeholders;
- Drive operational efficiency;
- Present operational results to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience with light or heavy vehicle fleets;
- Valid Category B driver’s license;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to manage data, make decisions, and resolve issues as they arise.
