Role Overview

• Manage listings, cases, and data with precision
• Update titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images
• Work from checklists, SOPs, and clean processes
• Spot inconsistencies early and fix them
• Manage cases end-to-end without panic
• Utilize tools for keyword research and monitoring
• Handle Amazon ad campaigns and track performance
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports
• Collaborate with various teams and take feedback

Requirements

• Proof you can execute
• A systems-first operations mindset
• Real fluency in Amazon Seller Central
• Strong instincts for SEO, keywords, and listing performance
• Advertising awareness (without black-hat behaviour)
• Data accuracy you take personally
• Calm, collaborative, and low-ego
• Detail-oriented under real pressure
• Nice to have (but not required): Experience with Walmart Seller Center, exposure to regulated or health-related categories, supporting international marketplaces
