Role Overview
- Execute the strategic vision for the Americas Professional Services organization while aligning with global scalability goals
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and architects to drive successful implementation outcomes
- Ensure services are delivered with the highest levels of quality, achieving on-time project completion and maximum client satisfaction
- Own the Americas Professional Services P&L, managing capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and financial targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize deployment processes and enhance customer lifetime value
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing delivery teams in a high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, or Zero Trust solutions
- Proven experience managing P&Ls, department budgets, and financial targets
- Strong knowledge of professional services operations and project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum
