Role Overview
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of initiatives and projects.

- Drive standardization and automation of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and operational consistency.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and support the development of measurable business cases.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Analyze operational challenges and develop innovative approaches to improve performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Issue Management and Risk Management
- Solid background in roles related to project management or project control
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose strategic solutions
- Experience translating business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Experience in Delivery Operations Control
- Experience in Program & Project Management
- Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies
- Experience with organizational Change Management
- Proficiency in data analysis to support decision-making
