Support the development, coordination, monitoring, and implementation of architectural projects for sales stands, show apartments, and common areas.
Assist in organizing and updating budget spreadsheets, as well as in the quotation and purchasing processes for materials according to project specifications.
Monitor construction, assembly, and production of stands, show apartments, and common areas, assisting in verifying that execution aligns with the project.
Assist in organizing and reviewing visual materials, such as illustrative images, physical and digital models.
Assist in tracking schedules and delivery deadlines for projects and departmental requests.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial materials, such as portfolios, technical datasheets, technical notebooks, briefings, and project differentiators, helping translate technical information clearly for the commercial team.
Contribute to the development of zoning and the organization of residential product typologies.
Support the planning and organization of events, launches, and promotional activities for the developments.
Assist in the execution of events, trade shows, lectures, and promotional activations, providing operational support.
Support the preparation of materials and delivery of product training for real estate agents.
Follow internal processes and procedures, contributing suggestions for continuous improvement of information flow between departments.
Pursue continuous professional development through visits to fairs, showcases, and courses in architecture and interior design.
Support visits to competing developments, contributing market analyses and observations.
Requirements
AutoCAD 2D (advanced level)
Microsoft Excel (basic level)
Microsoft PowerPoint (basic level)
Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion or ArchiCAD
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to support creation of visual materials and presentations
Previous experience in interior projects (academic or professional)
Experience, even at an entry level, in corporate environments such as real estate developers, construction companies, architectural or interior design firms
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism in progress or completed
