About this role
Role Overview
Aggressively prospect for new customers and identify greenfield opportunities within assigned regions and verticals.
Generate and qualify new sales leads, prioritize high-impact accounts, and drive new logo acquisition.
Develop and execute a robust sales hunting strategy, targeting prospective clients through outbound activities, networking, and market research.
Collaborate with Cisco Account Teams and Partner Sales to penetrate new accounts and accelerate security solution adoption.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Engage the Cisco partner ecosystem to co-develop and win new business deals.
Lead the full sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Present Cisco security solutions to prospective customers, articulating business value, differentiators, and ROI.
Consistently forecast new business revenue and manage pipeline development, reporting results to management.
Attend industry events, tradeshows, and forums to build your network and uncover new leads.
Requirements
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets by acquiring new logos and driving net-new revenue.
Deep experience in selling cybersecurity solutions (Content Security, Email Security, Web Security, DLP, VPN, IPS/IDS, NextGen Firewalls, MFA & XDR/SOAR) across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Strong understanding of the competitive security market and ability to differentiate Cisco’s offerings.
Well-established network of contacts and influencers in the market.
Fluent in English and German.
