Candidate Management: Manage all candidate data and stage movement within Workable, ensuring our CRM is the single source of truth for the recruiting team.
Urgent Outreach: Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach. We need someone who can spark interest in Facet’s unique model and move candidates from "curious" to "interviewing" within 24–48 hours.
Strategic Vetting: Deeply vet candidates for the CFP® designation, ensuring their experience aligns with Facet’s holistic, fee-only planning philosophy.
Ongoing Calibration: Partner with the recruiting team to refine search parameters based on real-time feedback and conversion data.
Requirements
Financial Sourcing Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience sourcing for Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, or CFPs. You must speak the language of the industry (RIAs, Broker-Dealers, Fiduciary standards).
Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable. You know how to keep a CRM clean and how to maximize a recruiter license.
The "Hustle" Factor: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are motivated by speed and have a track record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing candidate quality.
CFP Knowledge: A rock-solid understanding of the CFP® certification process and the regulatory landscape (FINRA, SEC, etc.).
Availability: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the next 90 days with a strong likelihood for extension
