Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer

Role Overview

• Architect, improve, and implement customer applications.
• Deploy and support applications in our cloud-native platform.
• Build, test, validate, and operate customer applications on Game Warden.
• Research and develop solutions to improve customer deployment outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and security teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across infrastructures.
• Develop and document new solutions independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to a team culture of innovation, diversity, and excellence.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Certified AWS Solutions Architect.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience as a Software Engineer or DevSecOps Engineer.
• DoD 8570 compliance.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of zero-trust architectures, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure enterprise support environments.
• Strong interest in matters of national security.
