About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for tax-related data products.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit clear, actionable requirements.
Support the project team in defining workflows, data models, and implementation specifications.
Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations to align client needs with technological solutions.
Ensure the successful delivery of project milestones within the outlined schedule.
Acts as the bridge between business users and engineering teams for report-aligned data products.
Capture reporting and data requirements
Define KPIs and business metrics
Validate outputs against source reports
Support UAT and sign-offs
Document business logic and definitions
Requirements
Strong background in Business Analysis & Consulting, with experience in tax or financial services being highly desirable.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret insights relevant to business needs.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
