Master’s degree in a relevant academic field (e.g., I/O Psychology, Clinical Psychology)
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICF accreditation for coaching; certification in assessment tools/psychometrics)
Experience in high-growth consulting and/or professional services environments
Assessment and coaching of mid
to senior-level executives
Account/client management, including leading the successful implementation of programs
Building, maintaining, and expanding senior client relationships (including C-suite)
Cross-industry experience (minimum of two industries)
