Raw Materials Planner, Analyst

Role Overview

• Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization
• Utilize MRP to identify paperboard needs, generate purchase requisitions, and issue Purchase Orders
• Track purchase orders through completion and maintain communication with suppliers
• Coordinate transportation and delivery logistics with partners
• Ensure accuracy of raw material inventories and resolve discrepancies
• Build relationships with internal teams and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and strong time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, with an emphasis on Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer-service skills
