About this role
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Strong understanding of EHR systems (preferably Oracle Health/Cerner)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations: HIPAA, HITECH, Meaningful Use
- Experience with:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Identity and access management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills (especially EHR security/access issues)
- Knowledge of Discern and CCL (Cerner tools)
- Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure:
- Networking
- Firewalls
- Database security
- Application support experience
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Customer service mindset (supporting users with varying technical knowledge)
