Responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines
Coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services
Plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents
Distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility
Ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations
Requirements
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice
Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
Must possess a strong sense of personal organization and time management
Must have impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
