About this role
Role Overview
lead, develop, and drive key components of our Experience strategy for Health and Risk Solutions
leverage external and internal listening capabilities as well as client experience tools
identify gaps and opportunities to develop or improve experiences
act as a key liaison across the organization
help to identify, prioritize and lead execution of transformative initiatives
drive implementation and expansion of digital capabilities
facilitate Client journey mapping and service blueprinting
collaborate with operational and research teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years of industry and/or project management or related experience
Market research, Design or CX experience preferred
Experience with data analysis and synthesis required
