Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a track record of delivering measurable business value.
Specific experience working with sales teams and externally facing digital properties.
Required expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Deep experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering with engineering teams.
Strong understanding of sales systems. Familiarity with lending products and underwriting workflows a plus.
Experience working with API-based integrations and distributed systems.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
Proven ability to operate independently and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with third-party channel partners and building partner portals preferred.
CSPO, PSPO, or similar Agile certification preferred.

Competitive Base Salary Range of $96,300 – $154,400
