Requirements
Strategic Interface: Act as the focal point between stakeholders and technology, translating business needs into clear technical requirements (user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria);
Product Management: Prioritize the backlog and keep the roadmap updated, balancing business impact, urgency, cost, and technical feasibility;
Refinement and Validation: Support the development team day-to-day, resolving functional questions and ensuring the final delivery aligns with initial expectations (Homologation/UAT);
Trade-off Analysis: Facilitate decision-making by presenting risks, technical limitations, and viable alternatives for each project;
Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization in existing systems and processes.
