Work in collaboration with the Grant Finance Manager to implement financial infrastructure
Involved in project implementation finances including cost management and financial reporting
Collaborate with Finance colleagues to streamline project-related information and financial data
Assist the Grant Finance Manager in analyzing project costs and providing financial decision support
Evaluate best industry practices within internal systems

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and GAAP
Knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including FAR and 2CFR200
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
Solid experience in cradle-to-grave project finances
Strong budgeting and analytical/problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels
