Develop HMI and SCADA systems for Rockwell and competitor products
Manage projects from design to site commissioning and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with customers and travel as needed for project execution
Requirements
Technical expert on RA hardware and software products like Control Logix, Logix 5000/Studio 5000, FT View SE/ME, PLC 5/SLC, PowerFlex Drives, Servo Drive, RA Legacy Drives, Connected Component Workbench, Drive Executive
Proficiency in Servo Drives with relevant tire industry.
Good level of knowledge in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Conventional/Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Products, MES / Information Systems, Networking.
Knowledge of P&IDs, System Architecture, IO list, Design Documentation.
Development of HMI, SCADA Software for Rockwell Systems or any other Competitors.
Proven experience in HMI, SCADA development of the Allen Bradley FactoryTalk View application (Local, Network (Station/ Distributed), ME).
Design and Engineering of Process PLC Systems / Control Systems.
Ability to handle the project starting from Design till site commissioning.
Good understanding about process and any regulations point of view.
Ability to adopt to changing needs and identify risks at an early stage.
High level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Safety Product, Component Industry Control, Networks, SSB Solutions, and a good understanding of Rockwell Software’s.
Well versed with preparation of Functional Design Specification, Detail Design Specification, Test protocol including pre-FAT / FAT protocol, SAT protocols.
Should be open for travel for FAT, SAT, Commissioning at customer site.
High level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, and basic understanding of Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
