Requirements
High-level technical knowledge and a focus on how every decision impacts the customer
Subject-matter-expert for one (or more) of the following: fibre network, copper network, wholesale networks, professional and self-install processes, logistics, forward and reverse, Wifi technology, Customer premise hardware
Wide and effective network of contacts and the ability to quickly build and expand
Strong all-round communicator who can form and sell ideas, influence outcomes and lead without authority
Solid interpersonal skills and self-awareness with the ability to give, take, and act on feedback in a positive way
Technically inquisitive and willing to get into the details
Ability to take a holistic view across projects and provide leadership
Adept at defining, articulating and maintaining focus on the strategic value to TELUS
