Analyze performance (CPA, ROI, LTV) and make data-driven decisions
Manage funnels, creatives, and landing pages
Monitor traffic quality and overall campaign performance
Test new approaches, angles, and scaling strategies
Communicate with partners and negotiate better conditions
Take full ownership of traffic performance
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of recent hands-on experience with Taboola and/or Outbrain (Google/META ads nice to have)
Strong experience with campaign setup, optimization, and scaling in native ads
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, CPC, CTR)
Experience working with funnels (prelanders, landing pages, creatives)
Understanding of tracking systems and performance measurement
Ability to test and optimize creatives and angles
Experience with affiliate marketing (Nice to have)
