Optimise content for SEO and platform search algorithms
Analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion, search ranking, price compliance, and product availability
Monitor sales performance across customer e‑commerce platforms; identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Support the execution of digital sales strategies to maximise conversion, visibility, and online revenue
Key word analysis, proposal, and implementation of campaigns via our website, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels
Track performance (ROI) and monitor effectiveness of marketing campaign
Help to manage our online development strategy to drive sales growth
Initiate content improvement including photography, description editing, optimisation and catalogue search
Maintain up‑to‑date product catalogues and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Co-ordinate end‑to‑end set-up of new products on e‑commerce platforms (internal and customer systems)
Liaise with Product Managers, Supply Chain, and customer teams to ensure timely and accurate launches

Educated to A Level or equivalent, or through proven experience of creating communications, such as blogs, articles and social media posts
Proven experience in websites, e-commerce and social media management
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and E-bay
Solid grasp of e-commerce platforms and online retail ecosystems
Commercially aware
