Manage all aspects of product life cycle to meet or exceed performance goals.
Manage all aspects of the portfolio's marketing mix, communications, training, and support needs.
Drive effectiveness of product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop and use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and threats.
Track and report on KPIs and facilitate development and delivery of content of monthly operating reviews (MORs).
Requirements
College degree required; MBA preferred.
Four years of experience in marketing, product management or product development.
Team and peer leadership with excellent communications skills and proven results.
For DSM portfolio management, two years' experience with regulatory requirements and conservation programs is mandatory.
Strong technical aptitude.
Engineering degree or experience marketing technical products to residential customers preferred.
Five years of experience or more working in a regulated environment.
Experience working in the energy industry and a proven understanding of basic thermodynamic principles preferred.
Five years of marketing or product management in a field that provides a complex product or service to customers.
Proven history of being able to deliver complex messaging to customers and stakeholders in a vernacular that they can understand and put into practice.
Experience designing or driving marketing campaigns that leverage segmentation and regularly incorporate performance metrics to report and validate results.
