Role Overview
- Regularly inspect and maintain pharmacy automation systems to identify potential issues.
- Provide thorough, hands-on training to pharmacy staff on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
- Prioritize and respond to service requests according to established Service Level Agreement timeframes.
- Work effectively with other service teams, engineering, and product specialists.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics, or Biomedical Engineering Technology preferred, with 3-5 years of field service experience.
- Strong customer service orientation is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with computer networking, router/switch configuration, and file management is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency using hand tools for complex equipment service.
- SQL knowledge a plus.
