Serve as primary legal advisor to network operations and government affairs teams
Provide strategic counsel focusing on franchise agreements, pole attachment/joint use agreements, and regulatory compliance
Manage and oversee company’s disputes related to fiber build
Collaborate with internal departments to align legal strategies with business goals
Assist in development of internal policies and advocacy efforts

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
10+ years of legal experience with a significant portion spent advising clients in telecommunications or closely related field
In-depth knowledge of telecommunications law, including regulatory and transactional matters
Proven experience drafting and negotiating real estate and procurement contracts and agreements
Strong experience in dispute resolution & developing creative compromises
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on pragmatic, business-minded solutions
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and proactive mindset
Ability to lead with integrity, curiosity, and a focus on enabling business innovation while protecting the company
