Management of a portfolio of clients which oversee the end to end IT audit engagements, both from an external audit and internal audit perspective, from planning through to fieldwork and reporting
As part of the leadership team build out current offerings and support the identification and development of new offerings. This includes IT Risk Management offerings.
Working with financial audit teams in scoping and planning of the IT element of large external audit engagements. Leading IT specialist teams in the execution of audit fieldwork. Review of high quality workpapers and reporting deliverables for issue to clients
Presentation of results of engagements to clients Senior Management, Audit Committees and Boards as applicable
Contributing to the development of your own, and the team’s, technical acumen through continuous coaching, mentoring and leading of your audit team whilst on engagements
Work with our teams off-shore to make sure that we are utilising the best resources for individual assignments
Effective communication with client personnel, as well as Deloitte team members and management team
Completion of business and practice development activities such as responding to requests for tenders and identifying and pursuing relevant business opportunities
Requirements
Strong IT audit experience
Relevant degree
CISA or relevant qualification
Motivated self-starter with ambition to continue progressing successfully your career
Business acumen and strong technology risk knowledge and insight to be an effective advisor to clients
Experience managing and leading teams effectively
Experience presenting to Senior Management teams
Excellent report writing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
Knowledge of technical concepts and relevant industry standards e.g. External and Internal audit methodologies, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) etc.
