Role Overview
Lead the development, implementation, and expansion of community-based programming
Center and uplift state and local partners in strategic planning
Support the sustainability of community-rooted care ecosystems
Cultivate deep trust-based partnerships with grassroots organizations
Supervise one staff member in the Community Partnerships & Movement Bridging program
Collaborate across the US team and Ipas global network
Manage and track budgets in line with defined scope of work
Build and nurture relationships with global sexual and reproductive health efforts
Represent Ipas in public forums and advance U.S. Program goals
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, social sciences, gender studies, or a related field
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in reproductive health, reproductive justice, public health, or closely related field, including program management
Minimum of three years of experience supervising and supporting staff
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Strong track record of developing, managing, and sustaining partnerships
Experience managing consultants, contracts, and program deliverables
Strong written and oral communication skills
Deep understanding of reproductive justice and community-led approaches
