Requirements
Several years of field sales experience, preferably in aesthetics or a related area
Certified Pharmaceutical Representative (Geprüfte/r Pharmareferent/in) or an equivalent qualification authorizing activity as a pharmaceutical representative
Ability to lead and inspire teams and to motivate them to achieve top performance
Strong understanding of market conditions and the ability to adapt flexibly to new requirements, quickly identify opportunities and implement them
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Very good German and English language skills
