Role Overview
- Develop and maintain reliability and safety models for various systems
- Perform reliability and safety analyses across a diverse product portfolio
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure product reliability
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve product reliability and safety
- Design and implement reliability test plans for new products and processes
- Ensure adherence to quality standards through application of reliability engineering techniques
- Drive program compliance with Reliability and System Safety procedures
- Perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments and lead fault tree analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant technical experience, preferably in aerospace or defense sectors
- Experience in reliability analysis, development of FEMCAs and PFMECAs
- Application of MIL-STD-882E
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant technical experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Active US Secret Security Clearance
