Develop concepts for security investigations as a service for all global product developments
Vulnerability analysis of smartcard and secure embedded products
Perform code inspections and security architecture reviews to identify vulnerabilities
Conduct and advance fault-injection attacks
Conduct and advance logical software attacks
Evaluate and apply AI-based techniques to assess the security of embedded products
Provide consultancy and deliver internal training as a specialist in software attacks and chip security qualifications within the global R&D network

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or a comparable technical field
Several years of experience in embedded software development (in Java, C and assembly)
Good knowledge of cryptographic protocols and algorithms
Experience performing hardware-focused attacks such as fault attacks or side-channel analysis
Experience with software security mechanisms for embedded systems, ideally within smartcard operating systems and applications
Very good knowledge of the software security architecture of smartcards and Java Card products is desirable
Very good knowledge of software attacks and their countermeasures is desirable
Knowledge of AI techniques in software development or software analysis is desirable
Experience working with internationally distributed teams, strong team skills and assertiveness
Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
