Role Overview
- Contributes to defining customer interactions for products
- Executes design work within established strategy
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions.
- Creates user experience deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Supports the identification of metrics to evaluate design effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proficient in design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Solid interaction design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with UX Research and usability testing
- Awareness of strengths and development areas
- Excellent ability to gather relevant information to support problem-solving
- Capability to contribute ideas in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Ability to actively seek and apply feedback to improve performance.
