Role Overview
Seek a Senior Solution Consultant with a mission to address core challenges faced by US public-sector organizations
Dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing digital and operational business solutions
Engage directly with agency leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges in government service delivery
Analyze business processes, regulatory requirements, and constituent needs unique to targeted federal, state, and local government agencies
Identify solutions that address top public sector pain points
Lead discovery sessions with government agencies to conduct needs assessment and gap analyses
Develop and deliver tailored solution proposals that demonstrate measurable improvements in government performance
Extract requirements from RFP and RFI to help team build solution architectures
Build trust-based relationships with government clients as a trusted advisor and thought leader
Requirements
Bachelors in engineering
An MBA is a nice to have
8 + years of solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering, with a background in business analysis or PO
Experience solving business-critical government challenges related to digital transformation, security, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, solution architecture, and implementation oversight
Excellent communication, public speaking, and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of public sector procurement, compliance requirements, and solution delivery models for agencies at federal, state, and local levels is a nice to have.
