Provide functional ownership and support for Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Contracts, and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) modules, including: contract and project creation funding, baselining, and billing setups, project planning, costing, revenue, and billing.
Drive alignment between contract lines, project structures, billing events, funding, and revenue schedules to ensure contractual accuracy and financial completeness.
Ensure correct configuration of Performance Obligations (POBs), billing methods, and contractual milestones to support fulfilment, revenue recognition, and compliance.
Lead the functional intake, validation, and maintenance of customer contracts, SOWs, amendments, change orders, and project-related commercial documents within Oracle Fusion.
Support the full Contract‑to‑Project lifecycle, ensuring project setup, work breakdown structures, funding, billing rules, and delivery tasks accurately reflect contractual commitments.
Requirements
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, ideally including Project Contracts, PPM, RMCS, Order Management, or Projects.
Strong understanding of the Contract‑to‑Fulfilment and Contract‑to‑Revenue lifecycles, including: contract validation and structuring, funding and project setup, fulfilment and delivery tracking, billing and revenue recognition, operational and financial handover.
Experience working with global business stakeholders and distributed teams.
Knowledge of integrated processes across Sales, Legal, Services/Delivery, Finance, and Order Management.
Familiarity with change management, compliance, audit requirements, and financial controls.
