Responsible for defining, leading, and executing the Business Unit strategy across the South East Asia region to deliver sustainable profitable growth, market leadership, and customer value
Translate strategic priorities into clear business plans, targets, and initiatives
Drive portfolio positioning, market segmentation, and value-based selling strategies
Identify and develop new growth opportunities
Hold pre-defined financial responsibility for the SET Business Unit in SEA
Drive sales performance and market development through close collaboration with Sales Companies
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing management team
Requirements
At least 10 years of dedicated experience in B2B capital equipment sales
At least 5 years in a managerial capacity leading diverse teams
Proven track record of managing sales and operations across the SEA region
Background in the Food & Beverage industry and an Engineering degree or technical experience would be an added advantage
Strong communicator with a high capability for people management and resolving internal team issues through decisive leadership.
