About this role
Role Overview
Provide in depth EdgePro product knowledge to clients
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application/device questions
Create and maintain call metrics for response time
Manage service reports and feedbacks for improvements
Provide education on EdgePro functions and features
Document correspondence and activities related to orders
Process customer orders/changes/returns
Share feedback and ideas for departmental improvement
Provides timely feedback regarding service failures
Responsible for inbound customer service calls
Seek and maintain continuous product knowledge
Requirements
