About this role
Role Overview
Provide direct support to your immediate supervisor: maintain the calendar and manage certain emails
Book travel and hotel accommodations with carriers and lodging providers
Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and supplier invoice payments
Draft letters, memos, reports, presentations and other documents, and proofread/edit documents when required
Coordinate topics to be addressed in meetings with participants and oversee the preparation of various reports for different committees
Requirements
College diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in French and functional/working proficiency in English, both spoken and written
