About this role
Role Overview
Actively prospect to develop a portfolio of small
to medium-sized businesses and business assets for sale, leveraging existing partnerships
Build and maintain trusting relationships with business owners
Participate in the valuation and appraisal of businesses and business assets (activity analysis and potential assessment)
Identify potential buyers, pre-qualify them and organize introductions
Help build a pipeline of potential buyers
Conduct site visits and support parties during negotiations
Manage files through to signature (preliminary sales agreement and final sale contract)
Provide full support to clients throughout the process
Monitor the market actively
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, negotiation or transactional work (e.g., business transfers or commercial property)
Strong appetite for fieldwork and proactive prospecting
Excellent interpersonal skills with a client satisfaction–oriented approach
Good understanding of the business environment (B2B)
Sensitivity to new technologies and curiosity about emerging digital trends
Autonomy, tenacity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
